Abstract
Objective To optimize the extracting technique conditions of compound XuChangqing granules.Methods with the obtaining rate of extract and the content of total paeonol presented in the extract as the indexes for extraction process,single factor and orthogonal design were used to optimize the conditions for the extraction process.Results The optimal conditions for extraction was as follows:soaking in 10 times amount of ethanol for 0.5 hour and 2 extraction times as 1.5,1.0h each.Conclusion The extracting method is simple,reasonable,stable,and suitable for industrialized production.
