Abstract

JIANG Jie-shi had tried to change and affect American “Germany first Japan second”strategy from 1941 to 1944 since the American leaders had no will to put strategic focus in the China theater.To a certain extent JIANG Jie-shi’s efforts had the positive factors for China Anti-Japanese war, but resulted in tragedy to a great extent because of JIANG jie-shi's insisting in the sense of ideology and the dependence policy on foreign aid.
