American aid Strategy to Xiang Government:Limitation and Difficulty

Abstract

Since the end of the second World War,American main strategy is Jiang government against the Communist.However,American can not control Chinese situation due to many constraints.American government had to be cautious because of the corruption ofGuomindang and the potential thread from the former Soviet Union.Thus American aiding Jiang government was conditional and changed accordingly.
