Analysis on the Crux of the Difficulty of College Graduates' Employment

Nowadays,issues about employment of university graduates have been the heatedly discussed topic that the whole society generally concerned,especially among the government,the common people and the graduates themselves.The low employment rate of university graduates will be one of the top ten social issues that trouble everyone over the next ten years.The low employment of university graduates is caused by many factors,while the sticking point is mainly on the graduates themselves and the universities.As the problem manifested as structural unemployment,that is,there are some jobs that the graduates are not qualified to take,while the graduates qualified ones they are not satisfied to take;so there are jobs they cannot take,and no job they can take. The fundamental way to improve the employment rate of the university graduates is to improve the quality of higher education,to enhance the core competitiveness of undergraduates,to change the concept of employment of university graduates,and to promote the comprehensive development of undergraduates.
