Research on the Guidance of College Graduates' Employment

At present, college graduates are facing grim situations in job hunting. Many college graduates cannot find satisfactory job. Meanwhile many working units are in need of qualified employees. Thus, college graduates' employment must be treated as a systematic project. Government should take practical measures to reform and readjust the relationship among college graduates, colleges and universities and working units so as to meet the requirement of the new development. Traditional idea of employment must be updated and guidance on employment, strengthened. Further, knowledge structure of the graduates must be renewed.
