Abstract

Objective: To observe the feeding of ethanol preconditioning effect on hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury and the expression of HSP70 in ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: Preparations of ischemia reperfusion model of 60 rats were randomly divided into experimental group( ethanol),the experimental control group( fed with normal saline), normal group with 60 rats in each group, comparing related indicators. Results: the experimental group, experimental control group each time HSP70,ALT higher than that in the normal group, control group ALT fluctuation, the experimental group and the experimental HSP70 were rising, the experimental group is superior to control group. Conclusion: the ethanol pretreatment applied to hepatic ischemia reperfusion rats, can effectively inhibit liver injury.
