Research on Potential of Rural Housing Land Readjustment in Lindian County,Heilongjiang Province

Readjustment of rural housing land plays an important role in optimizing the layout of urban and rural construction land and promoting rural economic development and urbanization.Analyzing the characteristics and spatial change trends of rural housing land in Lindian County,Heilongjiang Province,this paper calculates the potential of rural housing land use by means of AHP and concludes that the integrated value of rural housing land use potential is 74.96.The result shows that readjustment potential is fairly large and the government should readjust the housing land adopting the mode of rural urbanization readjustment.The paper ends with some countermeasures for rural housing land readjustment in terms of organization,law and regulations and town planning system.
