Study on the Readjustment Measures of Rural Residential land in Langfang

Rural residential land readjustment is one of the foundational works in constructing new socialism countryside.When the rural social economy comes to a certain stage,it requires that the land use changes from extensive way to intensive way.It is also a necessary choice for realizing the countryside urbanization and developing the rural economy and the modernized village community.The paper analyses the current situation and the origin of rural residential land in Langfang,and the result shows that the rural residential areas are blindly expanded without reasonable plan,strict management and well infrastructure,and lacks functional division between different function districts,such as production area and residential area.All of these greatly restrict the rural development.Based on the above analysis and under the guidance of theories related to rural residential land readjustment,some readjustment measures are proposed,including village planning,normalizing rural residential land management,increasing government investment,et al..
