A Review of Rural Residential Land Readjustment

Abstract
The readjustment of rural residential land is the main content of land consolidation and also an important means of promoting the construction of new socialist countryside. This paper summarizes and analyzes the driving forces, potential, model, effect evaluation of rural residential land readjustment by means of documentation and comparative analysis, concluding that importance should also be attached to macro-policy research in the readjustment of rural residential land and public participation should be allowed in the planning of rural settlements.
