On Government's Pursuit for the Public Interest and the Abuse of Power

It is government's important responsibility to defend the public interest through dispelling the conflicts among the different interest group.However,government often abuses its power because of the uncertainty of the object and the content of the public interest.In fact,the public interest and the personal one restrict and lean each other and the government interest is not same as the public interest.In order to avoid the conflicts between governments and the public and prevent from hurting the credibility caused by government abusing its power for the public interest,we should make a doubtless definition of the public interest through the legislature.The public should have the right to supervise,participate,be compensated and rescued on the public interest.
