On the Construction of a Domestic Public Interest Litigation System

It's necessary to constitute a domestic public interest litigation system in order to protect the national and social public interests.For this sake,we must define the concept of public interest litigation.Because of the particularity of public interest litigation,we must stipulate case ranges and the plaintiffs.However,the construction of a domestic public interest litigation system will inevitably encounter great difficulties because of the defect of current law system.To overcome them,we should make efforts from the following three aspects: legal authorization,the improvement of the citizens'legal consciousness and the reform in public interest litigating fees.
