Teacher's Quality: the Key Factor in Teacher Education Reform

Teacher education reform in China should focus on improving teacher's quality.The normal universities should follow the guidance of developing a learning society and enhancing elementary education.These universities also should combine their education resources,restructure the comprehensive major of teaching and adopt a flexible,open and integrated school-running mode.The government responsible should speed up the development of teacher education by relying on law,executive methods and economic management ways to form an effective teacher education quality system.
