On the Failure of China's Energy Policy and Its Correction under the Background of Low-carbon Economy

Faced with an increasingly serious energy crisis and the worsening ecological problems,the low-carbon economy in China,based on low power consumption,low emission and low pollution has set an even higher demand on energy policy.However,the present energy policy in our country has failed in making,implementing,evaluating and monitoring due to the initial stage in developing low-carbon economy.So we should take effective measures to improve our existing energy policy,promoting the development of low-carbon economy.
