The public policy choice of China low-carbon economy

High-carbon energy structure,heavy chemical industry dominating structure of industry,inadequate supply of low-carbon technologies are disadvantages of restricting the development of low carbon economy in China.The effective way to solve the problems of the development of low-carbon economy is the establishment of the economic policy system of low-carbon including law,programming,price,revenue,finance,credit,charge,insurance and the deal of emission rights in accordance with the requirements of socialist market economy.The use of effective policy measures to regulate the behavior of microscopic subjects will promote the production and consumption patterns from thehigh-carbontolow carbon.
