Abstract
In China, a new round of K-12 curriculum reforms is taking place, which brings fresh curriculum policy who are required among nation curriculum and regional and school-based curriculum management. Recent national policy on school-based curriculum development shows a tendency toward increasing autonomy of schools and teachers. There is more awareness of the complexities and timeframe of introducing, realizing and sustaining teacher's power. In view of this context, this paper will report about the teacher power within School-based curriculum development, such as annotation; distribution; expression and management of teacher power.
