Abstract

Objective To investigate the Ann venous indwelling needle line of subclavian vein puncture catheter in critically ill patients rescue application effect. Methods Randomly 100 critically ill patients( shock and cardiac arrest patients) were divided into observation group and control group, each group have 50 cases, venous indwelling needle group to safety line of subclavian vein puncture catheter to recovery medicine, medicine control group routine peripheral vein to recovery, the application of method of comparative analysis of two groups of effect and recovery effect. Results Two groups no significant differences in a success rate of puncture, there was no statistically significant difference( P0.05),but the observation group puncture time, catheter indwelling time and catheter security had significant difference compared with controls.,the difference was statistically significant( P0.05); Recovery effect compared the two groups: observation group of spontaneous circulation recovery time is much shorter than the control group, the adrenaline dosage significantly less than the control group, the early recovery success rate and short-term survival rate was also significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant( P0.05).Conclusion The use of safe venous indwelling needle line of subclavian vein puncture catheter in critically ill patients can improve the success rate of early recovery.
