Abstract
Knowledge as intellectual capital has become the core to support the development of economic organizations.Exchange and sharing of knowledge is the most important aspects in knowledge management of economic organization.Reviewing domestic and international research in the field of knowledge sharing,this paper analyzes the meaning of knowledge-sharing,the factors that may affect knowledge-sharing,and the model of knowledge-sharing.
