Abstract
Since the 1990s, with the development of knowledge management, it has become an important research topic of the theory of enterprise management. In the processes of knowledge management, knowledge sharing is the most important issue, and also the most difficult one. This paper analyzes the influence factors of enterprise knowledge sharing systematically from four aspects as the enterprise knowledge sharing object, knowledge sharing subject, knowledge sharing media and enterprise knowledge sharing environment. Furthermore, by the analysis and consideration of these various factors, it may provide the enterprise some advice for carrying on knowledge sharing activities.
