Analysis of job stressors of nurses in military hospitals

Objective:To investigate job stressors in military hospitals.Methods:A total of 262 nurses were recruited and investigated with the Job Stressors Scale.Results:The first and foremost job stressor of nurses in military hospitals was professional and career,the other stressors in descending order were workload and time pressure,patient care.Different department had different job stressors.Conclusions:Job stress of nurses was very important problem,we should strengthen psychology training,improve the work environment,equip reasonable human resource,alleviate job stress of nurses,promote their health.
