Abstract

The influencing factors of steam volume fraction and dew point of flue gas are analyzed. The influence of flue gas temperature of gas-fired boiler and excess air coefficient on flue gas heat loss is discussed. The theoretical calculation for improving the thermal efficiency of gas-fired boiler by recovery device of condensation heat from flue gas is carried out with calculation example.
