On the Impact of Buddhist Translation Exerting on Chinese language

Abstract

Buddhist translation began to become popular at the end of Eastern Han Dynasty and it reached its peak in the glorious Tang Dynasty.Buddhist translation exerts significant impact on the expansion of Chinese vocabulary,the appearance of modern text,the change of vocabulary and the development of translation theory within Chinese language.
