Abstract

A method for separation and purification of flavonoids from Sweet-scented osmanthus with macroporous resin was studied.:By using Sweet-scented osmanthus in Guizhou and with the absorb amount and recovery rate of flavonoids as indexes and the static adsorption capacityand the static elution ratio.Technological conditions of pH value, the eluant,Temperature, concentration of flavonoids of sample, diameter height ratio, current velocity, quality ratio fo flavonoids and the resin have an really big effect on the absorb amount and recovery rate of flavonoids from Sweet-scented osmanthus. The optimum conditions is:AB-8 type macroporous resin,pH value of sample is 4~5,the eluant and density of concentration is 70% alcohol and 4 times as the volume of the resin, the volume of the resin is 9.4times of flavonoids in sample, concentration of flavonoids of sample is 17.86mg/ml and current velocity of 2-3ml/min,diameter height ratio 1.5:21.6,Temperature increment, the adsorptive capacity drops but the elution rate to enlarge.
