Abstract
[Objective]To observe the mechanism of mucosal protection effect of Jinkui(JK) gastric drug and explore its mechanism.[Methods] The model of gastric mucosal lesion in rats was induced by hydrochloride acid-ethanol.The index of gastric mucosal lesion in JK group and control group was investigated and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) level in blood serum and gastric tissue was measured in rats respectively.[Results] The index of gastric mucosal lesion after administration of JK(90,180,360mg·kg~(-1)respectively) was obviously reduced. The activity of SOD in serum and gastric tissue significantly increased. The content of MDA in serum and gastric tissue was markedly decreased.[Conclusion]JK can inhibite gastric mucosal lesion in rat and its mechanism maybe related to antioxidetion.
