Single chip computer(single chip microcomputer),made up of RAM,ROM and CPU,is a kind of microcontroller that integrates timing,counting and various interface.It is small in size,low in cost and strong in function.It is widely used in intelligence industry and industrial automation industry.And 51-series single chip computers is one of the most representative microcontrollers.
