Abstract
Based on principles of single-chip computer,using chip STC89C52 as the core controller,the paper shows a design of multifunctional digital clock system by combining the hardware circuits and software programs preparation.The 1602 liquid crystal can display and set date,week and time.At the same time,taking advantage of digital-analog conversion chip DAC0832,the clock can display simultaneously time on the oscilloscope,12 h/24 h to switch between display mode with functions of hourly alarm,hourly chime and multiple alarm stopwatch design.
