Abstract

Higher vocational colleges should transfer the recent knowledge and skill-based education to the quality-oriented education for humans comprehension development. Higher vocational colleges should merge the professional education and humanities quality education. To develop the humanities quality education has very important realistic meaning to fulfil scientific outlook on development in an all-round way, insist on the base as human and impel the quality-oriented education of higher vocational colleges.
