Abstract
Amlodiping,a third-generation dihydropyridine calcium channel bloker,is widely prescribed for the management of hypertension and angina. The interindividual variation of antihypertensive efficacy has been observed, which is the result of a variety of genetic and environment factors. It has been proved that gene polymorphism was one of the main causes of the variation. In order to provide useful clinical information,we therefore want to summarize the effects of genetic polymorphisms on the pharmacokinetics and antihypertensive efficacy of amlodipine.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.

Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
