Construction and Rebuilding: the Study of Tusi Inheriting System during the Ming Dynasty

the Tusi inheriting system has a strong relationship with the stability of Tusi regime and the central government's effective controlling about the Tusi regime.And also it is the central study of the Tusi institution.This paper makes a systemic study on the inheriting system during the Ming dynasty based on Construction and Rebuilding,which shows how the central government in each generation took some measures in order to avoid cheating,made laws to perfect the inheriting system,and reinforced the control about Tusi to strengthen the political stability of Tusi and enhance its prestige in Tusi.
