Abstract

Ku Hungming's translation of Confucius classics is very different from others'.He himself also claimed in his subtitle of translated version of Lunyu that his translation is a very particular one.Among all the causes behind this particularity,the translator's diasporic experience plays an important role in the choice of source texts,the formation of translator's psychology and the adoption of translation strategy.
