Abstract
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of NAPP on Hepatitis B virus in vitro and in vivo. Methods Duck model of congenital infection of HBV was used in the in vivo test.DHBV-DNA in serum was detected by dot-hybridization test before treatment,5 days and 10 days after treatment. The cell 2.2.15 line was taken as cell model. The inhibitory effect of NAPP on HBsAg and HBeAg secreted by 2.2.15 cells was evaluated with ELISA method. Results In the animal model, the optic density value of DHBV-DNA in duck serum was reduced markedly after treatment with NAPP for 5 days and 10 days, there was remarkable difference(P0.05).In the cell model,NAPP had obvious inhibitory effect on HBsAg and HBeAg in different concentrations. The therapeutic index of NAPP was greater than 188.7 for HBsAg and 64.5 for HBeAg.Conclusion NAPP has a certain inhibitory effect on Hepatitis B virus in vitro and in vivo.
