Abstract

Whether or not the educational theory can apply to educational practice does not lie in the personal willingness of the researchers or in the quality of their researches, but in the educational system as well as the open and rational levels. Therefore, substantial reforms of the educational system pave the way for the sake of educational objectivity, adaptability and genuineness, so much so that the educational theory can apply to educational practice.
