ANALYSIS OF MONITORING RESULTS ON CAUSE OF DEATH OF RESIDENTS IN SHIYAN CITY IN 2009

[Objective]To grasp the characteristics of disease spectrum and death spectrum of city residents in 2009,discover the main diseases which threaten the residents' health.[Methods]Classified the causes of death according to ICD-10 that related diseases and health.[Results]The total mortality rate of city residents in Shiyan in 2009 was 533/100 000,the male mortality rate was higher than the female,the difference was statistics significance(P﹤0.05);The first 10 causes of death respectively were circulatory disease,tumor,damage poison,the respiratory disorder,infectious disease and parasitic disease,digestive disease,endocrine nutrition and metabolic disease,urogenital system disease,nervous system disease,perinatal stage disease.[Conclusion]The chronic non-communicable disease is the main cause of death for the city residents,damage and poison are with biggest influence to the life loss,therefore it should strengthen the anticipatory control of chronic non-communicable disease urgently.
