Discussion on the realization way of judicial justice

Judicial justice is the evaluation standard of the legal value,including both substantive justice and procedural justice.Substantive justice is the source and procedural justice is the means.Substantive justice is relative while procedural justice is visible.When substantive justice clashes with procedural justice,procedural justice should be given priority.In order to fulfill judicial justice,judicial resources should be logically allotted,the judicial system which can implement judicial rights independently,the judicial supervision system and the system of publishing judicial corruption should all be established and improved.
