On Legal Function and Legal Effect of Electronic Signature

Abstract

The electronic signature has the following legal functions: identifying the signer,proving the signer's admission to the contents of the electronic data,and guaranteeing the integrity and authenticity of the original documents.The above functions are put into effect by means of working process,technical measures and electronic certification.The electronic signature's legal effect involves its legality,validity and application scope.
