Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining aloe-emodin, rhein, chrysophanol, ponticin, physcion of Rheum officinale in Shengshuaijian granules by HPLC. METHODS ODS as stationary phase, methanol: 0.5% phosphoric acid solution(85∶15) as mobile phase, the wavelength of detection was 254 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1. RESULTS The average recoveries of aloe-emodin, rhein, chrysophanol, ponticin, physcion were 91.92%(RSD= 1.65%), 101.43%(RSD= 2.08%), 101.77%(RSD= 1.57%), 100.93%(RSD= 0.88%), 101.09%(RSD= 2.10%) respectively. CONCLUSIONS This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
