Strategy on integration of the Huaihai economic Zone's core area by the evaluation of urban centrality

Building evaluation index system of the urban centrality and using the entropy method,the urban centrality is evaluated on the Huaihai Economic Zone's core area.The results show that: Xuzhou and Jining's centrality score are higher on the eight cities of core area,the regional centers of cities are not very significant.the development of the state is still in a relatively low level of balanced development,lacking of the radiation and leading role of the center city which are strong and comprehensive.Based on this,and combining with the existing practice,the paper discusses the path of integration of the core area from these aspects,including: center driven,the market mechanisms,industry collaboration,regional planning,urban and rural development,facilities to build,technology development,environmental protection as well as ecological construction.
