Abstract
AIM To investigate the pathological change of gastric mucosa after liver ischemia reperfusion. METHODS 130 rats were divided randomly into 3 group: ① sham operation group; ② ischemia reperfusion (IR) group:ischemia time 20 min and 40 min, reperfusion time 1, 24 and 72 hgroup; ③ liver ischemia reperfsion rats treated with famotidine 2 mg·kg -1 group. Transarminases (ALT, AST) were detected after operation, pathomorphological changes of gastric mucosa were studied by light micrscope and transmission electronic microscope. RESULTS After ischemia reperfusion, ALT, AST increased significantly; pathological change of gastric mucosa in sham group was normal. But in IR group mucosa showed edemas, congestions, ulcers et al. CONCLUSION Liver ischeamia reperfusian can induce the pathological change in gastric mucosa and mainly showing inflammation procedures.
