Abstract
The construction of double-qualified teacher's quality has been a top priority in the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.Currently,in higher vocational colleges,the structure of the double-qualified teacher team is not reasonable and the quality needs to be improved.To further enhance the quality of the double qualification teacher team,higher vocational colleges should strengthen the consciousness on the double-qualified teachers' participating in the practice in the industry and business.The incentive motivation mechanism should be improved.The government authorities should have more policies to guarantee the entrance of the public institution when higher vocational colleges take in talents from enterprises.
