Clinical Study of Treating acute Cerebral Infarction by Ozagrel Sodium combined with low-molecular-weight Heparin

Objective: To investigate the effect and safety of Ozagrel sodium combined with low-molecular-weight heparin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods: 145 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled in the study and all the patients were divided into two groups :Ozagrel sodium combined with LMWH group(n=76)and control group(n=69).Platelet count,blood viscosity,platelet aggregation test(PAgT),fibrinogen,coagulation studies,imaging,national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS) and modified Barthel Index(MBI) were measured or assessed before and after treatment,respectively.Hemorrhage rate as one of complication was also investigated.Results: After treatment,Ozagrel sodium combined with LMWH group showed stronger inhibition of platelet aggregation(P0.05).Plasma fibrinogen leverls and high sheerrate decreased significantly in Ozagrel sodium combined with LMWH group(P0.005,P0.01).Functional recovery in Ozagrel sodium combined with LMWH group(71.20%)was superior to control group(18.12%).There was no significant difference in systemis hemorrhage with the two groups(P0.05).A follow up of 3 months showed that the scores of NIHSS and MBI in Ozarel Sodium combined with LMWH group was better than control group(P0.001).Conclusion: Ozagrel sodium combined with LMWH has a remarkable effect and no more hemorrhagic risk in the therapy of acute cerebral infarction.
