Abstract
The fluorrocarbon acrylate emulsion was prepared using organofluorine monomers and acrylate as monomers. The influence of technical conditions such as cross-linking agent, emulsifier, initiator, organofluorine monomers on the properties of emulsion were discussed. The results of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) showed that the fluorrocarbon was bonded in the chain of copolymers. The emulsion had a high conversion(98.31%) and lower cohesion content(0.42%) while using divinylbenzene(DVB) as cross-linking agent and using R-A/R-D as composite emulsifier,n(R-A):n(R-D)= 0.5,w(initiator)=0.4%,w(organofluorine monomer)=20%.The membrane' s contact angle is 77° and the water-absorbent rate is 8.89%.
