Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Xiezhuo Recipe(ZXR)on diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:40 type 2DNwere randomly divided into two groups,all were treated with basal hypoglycemic treatment but with ZXR given on the treatment group additionally for 12 weeks.The glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate(24hUAER)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were detected before and after treatment.Results:The HbA1c,SCr,BUN,24hUAER and hs-CRP were significantly reduced in treatment group(P0.05).The HbA1c and BUN were also significantly reduced in control group(P0.05),but other observation index were not changed.Conclusions:ZXR has favorable effects on type 2DN.
