Clinical Observation of the Effect of Yishen Xiezhuo Recipe on Chronic Uratic Nephropathy

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yishen Xiezhuo recipe on treating chronic uratic nephropathy.Methods Fourty cases of chronic uratic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).Both groups were given regular western medicine and the treatment group was added Yishen Xiezhuo recipe.Plasma uric acid,creatinine,the urea nitrogen,24 hour urine protein and uric red blood cell numbers were observed both before and after two months treatment.The total effective rate was evaluated.Results There was a remarkable difference(P0.05)in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group.In the aspects of improving the blood uric acid,blood creatinine,the urea nitrogen,24 hour urine protein and uric red blood cell numbers,the treatment group was obviously better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Yishen Xiezhuo recipe can enhance the clinical effect in the treatment of chronic uratic nephropathy.
