Effects of Tongxinluo Capsule on Urinayalbumin Excretion Rate of Diabitic Nephropathy

Abstract

Objective To study the effects of Tongxinluo capsule on Urinaryalbumin excretion rate (UAER) of diabitic nephropathy (DN).Methods Sixty patients of type 2 diabitic with DN were randomly divided into control group and treated group.UAER,D-polymer,HbA_1C,blood ureanitrogen(BUN),suremcreatinine(SCr),blood lipids(TC,TG) figures were compared between two groups before treatment and eight weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,UAER,D-polymer,BUN,SCr,TC,TG had been decreased significantly in treated group (P0.05);there were significantly differences in between treatment group and control group (P0.05);while no significant decrease of HbA_1C,had been found in both groups during the follow-up (P0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can decreased proteinuria and D-polymer,BUN,SCr,TC,TG of the patients with DN.
