Abstract
Social development needs innovation but the innovative education is interpreted in various ways. It is not hard to realize that the essential of innovative education is to develop the spirit of innovation according to the development of the times, whose core refers to the spirit of subject. In order to attain this goal, the key is to solve the problem of evaluation in basic education. Therefore, the all-round reform should be carried out on the basis of thorough analysis of evaluative idea, theoretical base, evaluative system and methods.
