Abstract

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of FLAG regime in refractory and relapse leukemia. Method: FLAG regime was used to treat 8 cases of refractory and relapse leukemia. Result: Of the 8 cases, 4 showed response to therapy and got complete remission ; Neutropenia began at the time of 4 ~ 12 days after the regimen initiating and lasted 12~25 days, thrombocytopenia began at 3 -10 days and lasted 14~35 days. Conclusion: FLAG regime show obvious efficacy for refractory and relapse leukemia and gain chance for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
