Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of FLAG(including fludarabin,Ara-c and G-CSF)regimen for refractory or relapsed acute leukemia. Methods 11 cases with refractory or relapsed acute leukemia were treated with FLAG regimen for 1-3 cycles, then observed the therapeutic effects and safety of FLAG regimen. Results In refractory and relapsed patients, complete remission was 57.1%(4/7cases) and 75%(3/4cases),respectively.The overall responsible rate(including the rate of complete and partial remission) was 72.7%(8/11cases).The main adverse reactions were bone marrow inhibition and secondary infection. Conclusion FLAG regimen is an effective and safe therapeutic option for acute promyelycytic leukemia with tolerance of the majority.
