Abstract
To determine 8 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in traditional Chinese medicine by gas chromatography with electron capture detector (GC-ECD) . Methods: Samples were extracted with organic solvent using supersonic fluid extraction.The extracts were cleaned up by concentrated H2SO4. The pesticides were separated by OV-1701 and SE-54 column . Results:It showed that the effect of separation by OV-1701 column to 8 organochlorine pesticides was better than that by SE-54 column. The average recovery and RSD ranged from 74.3 %~122.8 % and 2.36 %~9.11% respectively. Conclusions:This method was rapid, simple and accurate.It could be used to determine organochlorine pesticides in traditional Chinese medicine.
