Abstract
A method for the determination of organochlorine pesticides in milk by gas chromatography(GC) was developed.Extraction of organochlorine pesticides in samples was performed with acetone and petroleum ether. The extract was separated on capillary column RTX-1701,detected with an electron capture detector(ECD) and quantified by external standard method. The method had good accuracy and precision. The average recovery of organochlorine pesticides in spiked milk was 60.6%-101.8%,with relative standard deviations of 4.3%-10.8%.The detection limits of organochlorine pesticides was 0.002 0-0.009 5 mg/kg.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
