Clinical Applications of Propofol and Small Dose Sufentanil in Abortion Anesthesia

Objective To discuss the effects of propofol and small dose sufentanil in abortion anesthesia.Methods One hundred and eighty-nine cases of study group were treated by propofol and sufentanil for anesthesia and analgesia,and 189 cases of control group were treated by only propofol.To record the clinical anesthesia onset time,operation time,conscious time and pain rating.Results The anesthesia onset time(1.2±0.3)and conscious time(6.7±1.3)in study group were significantly shorter than the control group [(1.9±0.6),(11.9±2.7)min](P0.05).The operation time had no significantly difference between the two groups(P0.05).The pain-free rate of study group(100%) was significantly higher than control group(85.19%)(P0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia and analgesia methods combined with propofol and sufentanil in abortion was an ideal method.It could shorten the anesthesia onset time and conscious time,and had positive effects for analgesia.
