The paper first elaborates the structural elements for the perfection of the personal credit system, and then analyses the factors that affect the establishment of the personal credit system in China, on the basis of which the paper puts forward the concrete strategies of organizing a framework for the formation of regionally personal credit system, building up the assessment criterion system of the personal credit, collecting step by step the personal information and gradually realizing the diversion from regional credit company to the nation-wide credit corporation.
